I was introduced to Trophy Fish Taxidermy recently when I went to pick up a wedding gift my fiance purchased for me as a surprise. As an avid outdoorsman I'd always wanted to have some of my best fish mounted and had been looking for a good taxidermist for years. Many of the too big to care companies dont even bother to give you the time of day, or care about your business..Especially if you're a new customer and not placing a large order with them. When I saw the finished work that Darren had completed, I was really impressed. His attention to detail is on point and was a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend Darren to others who are looking for a job well done.

So far I have brought 3 fish to Darren at Trophy Fish Taxidermy. All were existing mounts that were done by other taxidermist that had been done so poorly. I was really upset over how bad they were that I did a lot of research to find someone who might be able to fix them. I actually didn’t think it was possible to fix an existing mount, but my research brought me to Darren. I couldn’t believe the transformation he was able to do. Imagine fishing for 30 years without being able to catch that one fish you dreamed about mounting on your wall since a little kid. And when you finally do catch that fish, you bring it to a local taxidermist, wait OVER A YEAR for it to be completed, and finally get something back you want to just throw in the trash. But then I found Darren and he made my fish look exactly how I dreamed. And he did it fast and the cost was very reasonable. It was so good that I decided to bring all the other older mounts my family had made over the years to him for a fixing and touch up. Thank you SO MUCH Darren, I’m never making the mistake of going to another taxidermist again!

I found trophy fish taxidermy on google and I can’t be more impressed with my fish! It came out great! Fast turn around time. My pike came out great and it was an easy process. He is top notch and if you’re looking for some one to mount your fish Darren is your guy!

My family had a banner year in the woods. Brought three European mounts and a shoulder mount to Darren. All three Europeans are already done and the shoulder mount is well on its way. Darren also did several fish for my girls this summer. As a repeat customer Darren is always willing to work with you and return a top quality product.

Darren restored an over 20 year old salmon taxidermy, that had seen better days. The fish was sentimental so it was really important that the restoration made it look as close to the original as possible. Darren took the time to explain different options, make recommendations, and gave me transparent price quotes right away. It’s really clear how much passion Darren has for his craft and he pours his heart into his work. He did an INCREDIBLE job restoring our fish and did it all on an expedited timeline before the holidays. My mother-in-law said it looks better than it did the day it was first taxidermied. Darren’s work was pristine, price was extremely reasonable, and above all customer service was A+++

After searching around for a while I was dissatisfied with other taxidermists in the area. I first found out about Trophy Fish Taxidermy from a friend and have been going here for a few years now. Darren is a stand up dude with fair prices and quick turnover time. I just dropped off a buck to him yesterday to have mounted and I'm sure it will be perfection as always. Highly recommend. UPDATE- I got my mount back a couple weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. He undoubtedly surpassed my expectations in both speed and quality. Thanks again Darren!

Great guy who does phenomenal work! Very fair pricing. After calling a couple other taxidermist in the area and getting the cold shoulder, it was nice to find a reputable, local guy! 10/10 recommended!
